About Us

Article 30 was born out of a clear need in the insurance industry for a more efficient, effective, and reliable provider of easy-to-book, remote Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), Recorded Statements, and Interviews. Recognizing this gap, our founders decided to take action, drawing on over 25 years of experience in trial litigation and insurance defense work.

Our Advanced EUO Service providers are also Certified Insurance Fraud Investigators (CIFI), certified by the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). The CIFI certification is an accrediting process for individuals with the specialized skills required to detect, investigate, and deter insurance fraud.

FAQs

  • Our remote services are conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another preferred video platform of the insurance carrier's choice.

  • Yes, we can accommodate a rush Examination Under Oath (EUO) request. A rush EUO is defined as one that needs to be conducted within 5 business days of the referred date. To ensure prompt scheduling, please send us an email in addition to submitting your contact form. This will help us address your request in a timely manner. Please note that there is an additional rush charge of $150 for this expedited service.

  • Article 30 is a strictly remote service. However, if you require an in-person EUO for a complex case, we can refer you to our partner law firm, Parker PLLC Attorneys at Law. They specialize in handling in-person EUOs and will be able to assist you with your needs. Please contact us for more details on how to proceed with an in-person EUO through our partner firm.

  • We strive to provide the best service to our carriers. If the claimant does not show up for their scheduled remote service a cost reduction will be made to the total bill.

    • No-Show Fees: $300 for recorded statements, $1050 for Core EUO, & $1550 for Advanced EUO

    • If a carrier requests that we reschedule the recorded statement or EUO, the original price of $300 for a recorded statement, $1550 for our Core Service (plus, $1000 for each additional EUO) and $2550 for our Advance Service (plus, $2000 for each additional EUO) will apply to the rescheduled date.

    • Additional Attempt/Notice Fee: $100 after the first two attempts.

    • Rushed EUO (within 15 days): Additional $150 for Core EUO, Additional $250 for Advanced EUO.

  • It is Article 30 policy that we allow for two reschedules/cancellations per EUO before we consider it an "attempt" to collect an EUO. It is up to the carrier at this point whether they would like to pay an additional rescheduling fee, or if they would like to deny the claim.

  • This will count as an attempt to collect an EUO. We offer rescheduling services at a fee. Please see our terms of service for more information.

  • If a carrier requests two (or more), unrealted EUOs for one person, our standard EUO fees will apply for each individual EUO taken.

  • Yes, you can use your own Investigative Services and/or Court Reporter. We just need their contact information so that we can include them in our communications. This ensures a seamless coordination between all parties involved. Please provide their details when you submit your request.

  • If needed, Article 30 can provide an interpreter for an extra cost. Please let us know during booking if this a service you will be requiring.

  • Providing a legal opinion is not a service we currently offer. Our focus is on conducting and delivering thorough and accurate EUO reports. If you require a legal opinion, we would be happy to refer you to our partner law firm, Parker PLLC Attorneys at Law, who specialize in providing legal opinions and other legal services.

  • We require payment information on file before the EUO process officially begins. During the formal booking process, we will collect the necessary payment details. We will need to know what system of service the carrier uses for billing. Clients are responsible for:

    1. Providing accurate and complete information required for the EUO.

    2. Ensuring timely payment for services rendered.

Payment is due within 30 days of EUO delivery. Past-due bills will incur a 6% interest charge, applied monthly until payment is rendered.
